Introduction to the structure of the high-speed rail cabin

What is the cabin structure of the high-speed rail cabin? In this article, we will introduce it to you.

The structure of the high-speed rail cabin is mainly composed of the following:

1. Cab skeleton: According to the appearance design of Fuxing high-speed railway, it is simulated and produced at a scale of 1:1. The skeleton is composed of beam frame and frame plate, and the appearance of beam frame and frame plate is cut by digital-analog wiring and optical fiber.

2. The outer wall of the engine room: the outer wall is a thick-walled shell structure, the transverse prefabricated components are laser-cut from thick steel plates, the basic welding guarantees the size, and the longitudinal and transverse prefabricated components are welded into one. The longitudinal beam and the beam are riveted in the middle to ensure that the cockpit has sufficient compressive strength and bending rigidity.

3. Floor skeleton: It is made of multiple skeletons screwed together, each skeleton is made of high-quality alloy structural steel, welded and installed. The floor skeleton is connected to the floor by screws. In order to facilitate assembly, the floor skeleton is paved with 18 mm high-quality double-layer boards , so that it has sufficient compressive strength and bending stiffness.

4. Rear end plate: It is composed of skeleton and galvanized steel plate. The skeleton is made of high-quality alloy structural steel, which is welded with the inner hole frame at the rear of the engine room. The galvanized steel plate outside the skeleton is welded to enhance the airtightness of the engine room.
