①Making the underbody and keel frame

② Lay skin on the outside of the car body

The material is cut by laser blanking to ensure accurate size and numbered according to the position of the car body. After completion, it is assembled and welded in sequence according to the number. It is rolled into shape by a plate rolling machine, and polished after the overall welding is completed.

③Brush fiber putty powder, polish and spray paint

The spraying process uses baking varnish spraying and imported metallic paint for spraying. The spraying process is carried out after multiple grindings in the early stage. In order to ensure the strength of the paint, fiber putty is scraped in the early stage. , One process of spraying is to use the water grinding process to carefully polish the parts of the car body that need to be sprayed, and then spray the primer and then do the topcoat for surface finish treatment.

④ Interior trim installation of the car body

The driver's console inside the front of the car is strengthened in the early stage. In order to ensure the processing accuracy of the driving console is similar to the real one, it is formed by 3D printing. It is polished and then polished and colored. The display and operation buttons use the same parts as the real train to achieve a high degree of simulation. .
